A new application note describes an accurate and robust HPLC/UV method for quantitative impurity analysis of carbamazepine which meets USP requirements and ICH guidelines. This simple HPLC/UV assay was developed using the Thermo Scientific Accela 1250 UHPLC system, a Hypersil GOLD CN column and a simple water/acetonitrile gradient.
